Call for comments on the Draft Decree replacing Decree 152

As you may be aware, the Ministry of Home Affairs (MOHA) has recently released the Draft Decree replacing Decree 152/2020/ND-CP of the Government regulates foreign workers working in Vietnam and recruitment and management of Vietnamese workers working for foreign organizations and individuals in Vietnam, as amended by Decree 70/2023/ND-CP.

We hereby enclose Draft Decree Relacing Decree 152, together with the Draft Report, Explanatory Note, and supporting documents: (1) (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (7) for your review and further feedback
